Perkembangan trend fashion yang dinamis sangat mempengaruhi inovasi bentuk pada busana, inspirasi sering kali lahir dari keindahan alam dan fenomena di sekitarnya. Penciptaan karya tugas akhir berupa ready to wear deluxe yang terinspirasi dari bentuk dan keindahan ikan halfmoon rosetail. Kekaryaan ini dipilih untuk menambah koleksi baru pada ranah fashion, sekaligus memberikan kesadaran reflektif agar masyarakat lebih bijak dalam memilih hobi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan busana ready to wear deluxe yang terinspirasi dari pola unik pada sirip ikan betta halfmoon rosetail dengan lipatan-lipatan yang artistik. Sebagai bentuk inovasi baru, penciptaan ini menggabungkan beberapa teknik surface, yaitu 3D payet dan flounce pleated. Metode penciptaan yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan three stage design process milik LaBat & Sokolowski yang terdiri dari definition & research, creative exploration, dan implementation. Hasil akhir berupa tiga koleksi ready to wear deluxe yang ditampilkan dalam acara Bandung Fashion Runway di TVRI Bandung.

The development of dynamic fashion trends greatly influences innovation in the form of clothing, inspiration often comes from the beauty of nature and surrounding phenomena. The creation of a final project in the form of ready to wear deluxe inspired by the shape and beauty of the halfmoon rosetail fish. This work was chosen to add a new collection to the fashion realm, as well as to provide reflective awareness so that people are wiser in choosing hobbies. This study aims to create ready to wear deluxe clothing inspired by the unique pattern on the fins of the halfmoon rosetail betta fish with artistic folds. As a form of new innovation, this creation combines several surface techniques, namely 3D sequins and flounce pleated. The creation method used uses the three stage design process approach owned by LaBat & Sokolowski which consists of definition & research, creative exploration, and implementation. The final result is three ready to wear deluxe collections that were featured on the Bandung Fashion Runway show on TVRI Bandung.
