Description

Manajemen produksi film merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam industri
perfilman yang melibatkan berbagai elemen mulai dari perencanaan hingga
eksekusi. Di tengah kompleksitas produksi, produser memainkan peran sentral
dalam memastikan kelancaran jalannya proyek, baik dari sisi administratif, kreatif,
maupun finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengoptimalkan
peran produser dalam manajemen produksi film khusus nya pada Pra Produksi
dengan fokus pada strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, anggaran, serta
timeline produksi yang efektif. Pra Produksi adalah langkah awal yang menjadi
pondasi keberhasilan produksi dilm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah studi literatur yang mendalam, wawancara dengan praktisi industri, dan
analisis kasus produksi film independen. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat
memberikan rekomendasi praktis mengenai langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil
oleh produser untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberhasilan proyek film, serta
mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi produser dalam lingkungan
industri yang terus berkembang. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat
memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan manajemen produksi film
independent dan meningkatkan kualitas produksi film.

Film production management is one of the crucial aspects of the film
industry, involving various elements from planning to execution. Amid the
complexity of production, the producer plays a central role in ensuring the smooth
progress of the project, both administratively, creatively, and financially. This study
aims to examine and optimize the producer's role in film production management,
particularly in the pre-production phase, with a focus on strategies for managing
human resources, budgeting, and effective production timelines. Pre-production is
the initial step that forms the foundation for the success of the film production. The
methods used in this research include an in-depth literature review, interviews with
industry practitioners, and case analysis of independent film productions. It is
hoped that this study will provide practical recommendations on the steps producers
should take to improve efficiency and project success, as well as identify the
challenges faced by producers in an ever-evolving industry environment. The results
of this research are expected to contribute significantly to the development of
independent film production management and improve the quality of film
production.
