Description

Luka Tak Terucap bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan kondisi kesehatan
mental seorang ibu yang mengalami baby blues pasca melahirkan. Baby blues
terjadi karena faktor lingkungan dan pengalaman hidup, namun seringkali
diabaikan meski membawa dampak serius seperti kesulitan dalam merawat bayi
dan hilang nya rasa percaya diri. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian
kualitatif melalui studi kasus, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Selain itu, metode
analogi juga digunakan untuk membangun konflik dan karakter berdasarkan kisah
nyata yang diadaptasi secara dramatik.
Naskah yang berjudul Luka Tak Terucap terdiri atas 3 babak dengan total 37
adegan dan mengusung genre tragedi. Struktur dramatik nya mengacu pada
Aristoteles, serta menerapkan gaya realisme psikologis dengan sentuhan
surealisme. Tokoh utama yang bernama Rana adalah seorang ibu muda yang
membawa luka masa lalu nya ke dalam kehidupan rumah tangga dan peran nya
sebagai ibu, hingga memengaruhi kestabilan mental nya setelah melahirkan.
Naskah ini menggambarkan perjalanan emosional tokoh dalam menghadapi
tekanan sosial, trauma batin, hingga upaya penyembuhan diri. Naskah ini
mengandung unsur dramatik seperti konflik, suspense, curiosity, dan surprise
untuk memangun intensitas cerita.
Karya ini diharapkan dapat menghadirkan ruang refleksi sekaligus edukasi
bagi masyarakat tentang penting nya kesehatan mental ibu pasca melahirkan,
serta mengurangi stigma terhadap ibu yang mengalami baby blues. Naskah ini
juga menjadi bentuk ekspresi yang membuka dialog empati mengenai pentingnya
dukungan emosional bagi para ibu.

“Unspoken Wounds aims” to represent the mental health condition of a mother
who experiences postpartum baby blues. Baby blues occurs due to environmental
factors and life experiences, but is often ignored even though it brings serious
impacts such as difficulty in caring for the baby and loss of self-confidence. The
author uses qualitative research methods through case studies, interviews, and
documentation. In addition, the analogy method is also used to build conflicts and
characters based on true stories that are adapted dramatically.
The script entitled Luka Tak Terucap consists of three acts with a total of 37
scenes and carries the genre of tragedy. The dramatic structure refers to Aristotle,
and applies the style of psychological realism with a touch of surrealism. The main
character named Rana is a young mother who brings her past wounds into her home
life and role as a mother, affecting her mental stability after giving birth. The script
depicts the character's emotional journey in dealing with social pressure, inner
trauma, and self-healing efforts. The script contains dramatic elements such as
conflict, suspense, curiosity, and surprise to build the intensity of the story.
This work is expected to present a space for reflection as well as education for
the community about the importance of the mental health of postpartum mothers,
and reduce the stigma against mothers who experience baby blues. This script is
also a form of expression that opens an empathic dialog about the importance of
emotional support for mothers.
