- Bunga telang atau Clitoria Terenatea L adalah tanaman merambat yang bisa ditemukan di pekarangan rumah. Selain dikenal dengan tanaman hias bunga telang juga dikenal sebagai tanaman yang kaya akan manfaat untuk kesehatan dan tanaman yang menghasilkan pewarna makanan. Dalam dunia busana warna dan bentuk bunga telang yang khas bisa dijadikan sebagai inspirasi dalam pembuatan busana. Maka dari penjelasan tersebut, melalui bidang mode penulis ingin mengangkat bunga telang sebagai konsep untuk penciptaan busana cocktail dress yang menggabungkan keindahan dan keunikan bunga telang, dengan fokus pada aplikasi teknik embellishment untuk memperkaya tekstur dan visual busana. Adapun penciptaan karya ini bertujuan; (1) sebagai bentuk apresiasi salah satu keindahan alam (2) meningkatkan inovasi dalam dunia fashion (3) menghasilkan karya busana yang inovatif. Metode penciptaan karya ini menggunakan metode Husen Hendriyana yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pra-perancangan, perancangan, perwujudan dan penyajian. Hasil proses penciptaan karya ini berupa lima karya busana cocktail dress yang yang dipresentasikan dalam bentuk dokumtasi foto dan video.
- Butterfly pea flower or Clitoria Terenatea L is a climbing plant that can be found in the yard. In addition to being known as an ornamental plant, butterfly pea flower is also known as a plant that is rich in health benefits and a plant that produces food coloring. In the fashion world, the color and shape of the butterfly pea flower can be used as inspiration in making clothes. So from this explanation, through the fashion field, the author wants to raise the butterfly pea flower as a concept for creating a cocktail dress that combines the beauty and uniqueness of the butterfly pea flower, with a focus on the application of embellishment techniques to enrich the texture and visual of the clothes. The creation of this work aims; (1) as a form of appreciation for one of the beauties of nature (2) increasing innovation in the world of fashion (3) producing innovative fashion works. The method of creating this work uses the Husen Hendriyana method which consists of four stages, namely pre-design, design, manifestation and presentation. The results of the creation process of this work are five cocktail dress works which are presented in the form of photo and video documentation.
