Karya tugas akhir ini berangkat dari gagasan bahwa boneka bukan sekadar objek permainan. Sebaliknya, boneka berfungsi sebagai media dari berbagai aspek emosional, psikologis, dan sosial kehidupan terhadap manusia. Boneka dapat menggambarkan kenangan, masa kecil, isolasi, bahkan trauma psikologis yang tersimpan. Boneka digunakan dalam karya seni lukis ini sebagai media ekspresi untuk mengangkat tema-tema universal melalui pendekatan simbolik. Lukisan ini dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan suasana hati dan menciptakan cerita simbolik yang dapat dipahami oleh penonton melalui permainan warna, tekstur, komposisi, dan ekspresi boneka. Aspek estetika bukan satu-satunya tujuan dari pembuatan ini; itu juga berfungsi sebagai alat untuk berkomunikasi dengan emosi yang paling dalam dan sulit diungkapkan secara verbal. Diharapkan bahwa karya ini akan membantu perkembangan wacana seni lukis simbolik, memberi penonton lebih banyak opsi interpretasi, dan memperluas perspektif tentang objek boneka sebagai simbol kehidupan.

This final project is based on the idea that dolls are not just objects of play. Instead, dolls function as a medium for various emotional, psychological, and social aspects of human life. Dolls can depict memories, childhood, isolation, and even stored psychological trauma. This painting uses dolls as a symbolic medium to explore universal themes. This painting is intended to create a mood and create a symbolic story that can be understood by the audience through the play of colour, texture, composition, and expression of the doll. The aesthetic aspect is not the only purpose of this creation; it also functions as a tool to communicate with the deepest emotions that are difficult to express verbally. It is hoped that this work will help the development of symbolic painting discourse, give the audience more interpretation options, and broaden the perspective on the object of the doll as a symbol of life.
