Description

Tragedi tahun 1965 di Indonesia merupakan kejadian masa lalu yang tidak
dapat dilupakan oleh korban yang mengalami trauma mendalam yang bersifat fisik
maupun mental, para korban di tahan tanpa ada proses hukum dan di siksa yang
mengakibatkan gangguan mental PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) hingga
beberapa orang dinyatakan hilang. Penyintas yang selamat menghadapi keadaan sosial
dimana para korban menghadapi pengasingan, pembatasan gerak sehingga mereka
semakin sulit bersosialisasi dari pengalaman trauma yang seharusnya mejadi bagian
dari proses penyembuhan. Penyunting gambar atau Editor Film memiliki peran yang
penting dalam sebuah proses produksi film. Tugas dari editor adalah menyusun dan
mengolah hasil rekaman, ritme editing mengatur visual dan audio agar dapat
membangun suasana dalam adegan dan emosi karakter dengan mengatur pacing,
cutting, transisi, warna, dan audio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan
metode kualitatif yang melibatkan pencarian dan mengumpulkan jurnal, artikel, buku,
dan wawancara dengan narasumber professional. Dalam konteks film ritme editing
adalah mengatur tempo agar selaras dengan konsep transcendental yang merujuk pada
pendalaman emosi dengan pengambilan gambar yang berdurasi lama atau slow pace
dan memfokuskan pada karakter utama dalam adegan.

The 1965 tragedy in Indonesia was a past event that could not be forgotten by
the victims who experienced deep trauma both physically and mentally. The victims
were detained without any legal process and tortured which resulted in PTSD mental
disorders.(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)until some people were declared missing.
Survivors who survived faced social conditions where the victims faced isolation,
restrictions on movement so that they found it increasingly difficult to socialize from
the traumatic experience that should have been part of the healing process. The picture
editor or Film Editor has an important role in a film production process. The editor's
job is to compile and process the recordings, rhythm editing arrange visual And audioin
order to build the atmosphere in the scene and the emotions of the characters by
adjusting the pacing,cutting, transitions, colors, and audio. The research method used
is a qualitative method that involves searching and collecting journals, articles, books,
and interviews with professional sources. In the context of the rhythm filmeditingis to
set the tempo to match the concepttranscendental which refers to the deepening of
emotions by taking pictures of a long duration or slow pace and focus on the main
characters in the scene.
