Skripsi penulisan lakon ini berjudul ‚Roti Lapis‛, dengan mengangkat tema dari kasus diskriminasi usia dalam pola rekrutmen di dunia kerja yang dialami oleh generasi Z dan dibuat dalam bentuk komedi satir. Tema diskriminasi usia dalam dunia kerja diangkat menjadi sebuah naskah lakon berbentuk komedi satir menggunakan metode penulisan berdasarkan struktur Gustave Freytag. Gaya komedi satir diterapkan dalam dialog, latar peristiwa, karakter tokoh dan konflik dalam naskah lakon ‚Roti Lapis‛. Tema diskriminasi usia dalam dunia kerja ini dapat dieksplorasi kembali menjadi bentuk naskah lakon yang lain selain komedi satir, serta dapat dikembangkan juga menjadi bentuk karya-karya seni lain untuk tetap menyuarakan kegelisahan terhadap kasus tersebut. Komedi satir dapat digunakan untuk bentuk mengeritik sesuatu hal, selain tema yang penulis bawakan. Untuk itu sangat penting juga membaca banyak referensi entah itu buku, pertunjukan teater ataupun karya lain yang berkaitan dengan komedi satir.

This play writing thesis is entitled ‚Roti Lapis‛, which raises the theme of case of age discrimination in recruitment patterns in the workplace experienced by generation Z and is made in the form of satirical comedy. The theme of age discrimination in the workplace is raised into a play script in the form of satirical comedy using a writing method based on the structure of Gustave Freytag. Satirical comedy style is applied in the dialogue, setting of events, character traits and conflict in the play script ‚Roti Lapis‛. The theme of age discrimination in the workplace can be re-explored into other forms of play scripts besides satirical comedy, and can also be developed into other forms of artistic works to continue to voice anxiety about the case. Satirical comedy can be used as a form of criticism of something, besides the theme that the author brings. For that it is also very important to read many references whether it is books, theatre performances or other works related to satirical comedy.
