Film pendek ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan sudut pandang alternatif terhadap kasus bunuh diri yang melibatkan ibu dan anak. Masyarakat umumnya menilai tindakan tersebut dari perspektif etis tanpa mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor kompleks yang melatarbelakangi keputusan tersebut. Film ini dirancang untuk menyampaikan pengalaman emosional dan psikologis yang dialami oleh ibu, sehingga penonton dapat merasakan tekanan dan dilema moral yang dihadapinya. Konsep film menggunakan bentuk slow cinema, yang mempunyai tempo lambat, minim dialog, dan penggunaan longtake. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk memberikan ruang bagi penonton untuk merenung dan meresapi setiap adegan. Metode pembuatan film meliputi tiga tahap: praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Tahap praproduksi mencakup riset, penyusunan naskah, serta perencanaan visual. Produksi berfokus pada pengambilan gambar yang menciptakan suasana reflektif, sementara pascaproduksi mencakup proses penyuntingan untuk mempertahankan konsistensi suasana dan pesan. Hasilnya, Film ini rampung dibuat dengan mengupayakan gagasan sutradara dan penulis naskah lewat film. Karya ini diharapkan dapat membangkitkan empati dan membuka diskusi lebih luas tentang bagaimana kita seharusnya secara etis memandang peristiwa bunuh diri yang melibatkan ibu dan anak. Yang pada akhirnya tidak mengabaikan sisi humanis dari peristiwa tersebut.

This short film aims to present an alternative perspective on a suicide case involving a mother and child. Society generally judges such actions from an ethical perspective without considering the complex factors behind the decision. This film is designed to convey the emotional and psychological experiences experienced by the mother, so that the audience can feel the pressure and moral dilemma she faces. The concept of the film uses the form of slow cinema, which has a slow tempo, minimal dialogue, and the use of long takes. This approach was chosen to provide space for the audience to reflect and absorb each scene. The filmmaking method includes three stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. The pre-production stage includes research, scripting, and visual planning. Production focuses on shooting that creates a reflective atmosphere, while post-production includes the editing process to maintain consistency of atmosphere and message. As a result, this film was completed by trying to convey the ideas of the director and scriptwriter through the film. This work is expected to arouse empathy and open a wider discussion about how we should ethically view suicides involving mothers and children. Which ultimately does not ignore the humanistic side of the event.
