Sinematografi Naturalis merupakan teknik pengambilan gambar dengan pendekatan visual yang bertujuan menciptakan kesan realistis dalam film, seperti pencahayaan alami, komposisi sederhana dan sudut pandang yang tidak mencolok. Karya ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi penerapan sinematografi naturalis sebagai pendekatan visual dalam memperkuat narasi film ”Lunas Nepi Ka Modyar”. Karya penata kamera ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, studi media dan studi pustaka. Dengan metode penciptaan melalui proses pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi Sinematografi naturalis yang diterapkan pada film “Lunas Nepi Ka Modyar” menggunakan pencahayaan natural dengan menciptakan pencahayaan buatan menyerupai pencahayaan alami seperti matahari, serta type of shot yang sederhana seperti Medium close-up, Medium shot, dan Long shot. Berbagai teknik yang diaplikasikan tersebut menciptakan kesan memperkuat narasi dalam film sehingga dapat dirasakan oleh penonton dan merasa seolah-olah sedang menyaksikan kejadian nyata, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan dan empati penonton.

Naturalist cinematography is a shooting technique with a visual approach that aims to create a realistic impression in film, such as natural lighting, simple compositions and inconspicuous angles of view. This work aims to explore the application of naturalist cinematography as a visual approach in strengthening the narrative of the film "Lunas Nepi Ka Modyar". The work of this camera stylist uses qualitative research methods, with observation data collection techniques, interviews, media studies and literature studies. With the method of creation through the process of pre-production, production and post-production, naturalist cinematography applied to the film "Lunas Nepi Ka Modyar" uses natural lighting by creating artificial lighting that resembles natural lighting such as the sun, as well as simple types of shots such as medium close-up, medium shot, and long shot. The various techniques applied create the impression of strengthening the narrative in the film so that it can be felt by the audience and feel as if they are witnessing real events, as well as increasing the involvement and empathy of the audience.
